Very Large French 19th Century Plaster Bust

A very large, superb quality French plaster bust. Made around 1880 and signed. This bust is of 'Marianne' who is the French symbol of the Republic. Busts such as this one are found in most French public buildings, courts etc etc. This would most likely have come from one of these buildings. This bust has a lovely decorative look and would work very well either indoors or outside. Some very minor damage as seen in photos, which only really add to the overall look.
