Matched Pair of 19th Century Engravings of Napoleonic Scenes

A very attractive matched pair of engravings. The images originally by Horace Vernet (1789-1863). In attractive gilt frames. These would look fantastic in an number of settings from hallways, living rooms, offices or hotels, pubs or restaurants. Both engravings have suffered damage due to damp as can be seen in photographs. This will not deteriorate further as long as they are hung in a suitable room from now on. Size given is for the larger of the two frames.
