Fine Quality Footstool Made from Rosewood with Brass & Mother of Pearl Inlay

This is an exceptionally high quality footstool made around 1860 and in good condition It is made from high quality Rosewood with detailed brass and mother of pearl inlay. The brass inlay extends all over the base and down the legs to form brass feet. The mother of pearl inlay covers all four sides and is highly intricate. Newly recovered in a pretty yellow fabric with floral pattern.
